xTool Selected Apparel Printer Film Rolls (100m)
- OEKO-TEX® certified, providing safe and reliable DTF material, ensuring compliance with requirements and harmlessness to health.
- xTool Selected Apparel Printer Film Rolls have customized perforations on both edges that fit perfectly into the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven Machine's track for transporting material. This design ensures automatic dithering and drying, and stabilizes the film roll position, thus dramatically increasing efficiency.
- Excellent Ink Absorption. With excellent ink absorption ability, the printed color is bright and full, and the pattern is clear, 100% clear of the original image color. The printed pattern is breathable, durable, skin-friendly, and washable to meet the needs of various applications.
- This product is a hot peel film that can be easily removed after waiting 5-10 seconds post-heat press. Heat transfer creation can be done quickly without the need to wait for a long time to cool down.
Apparel printing should be processed at an operating temperature of 59-89°F / 15-30°C and an operating humidity of 30%-80% RH. For optimal print results, it is recommended that the working environment be maintained at an operating temperature of 68-89°F / 20-30°C and an operating humidity of 50%-80% RH. The hot pressing temperature of the film is 150°C-160°C, and the hot pressing time is 5-10 seconds. - Versatile Material Compatibility. Precautions:
- Store in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent damage.
- Optimal Storage Conditions: Maintain a temperature of 26℃-28℃ and humidity below 50%. Moisture can affect print quality.
- Handle film rolls gently to avoid crushing or damaging them. When cutting open the wrapped film, be cautious with the knife's pressure and angle to prevent deep scratches.
