3D Universe Terrafilum PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified) is a durable and strong thermoplastic which combines many desirable features from other plastics into one material. PETG offers similar mechanical properties to that of ABS while maintaining the ease of use of PLA. PETG has low thermal shrinkage in comparison to other materials, making it a great choice for objects in which high levels of dimensional accuracy is required.

Recommended print settings:

• Extruder Temperature: 240-250C
• Printing Speed: 50-80 mm/s
• Bed Temperature: 80-100C
• Bed Adhesion: Magigoo Original

Note that the 3kg spools will require the use of external spool holder. We recommend making a "lazy-susan" style spool holder so the spool can lay horizontally and unwind smoothly. Consider printing this model using the 51mm adapter that's included.

PETG is easy to print like PLA, but it has a higher temperature resistance and improved strength. This makes it ideally suited for printing e-NABLE assistive devices.
