We've made it easy to request a quote for any items on our website! Simply add the items and quantities you're interested in to your shopping cart. Then go to the shopping cart page and click the "Request a Quote for Items in Cart" button shown near the top of the screen. If you already have items in your shopping cart, you can just click the button below. If an item cannot be added to your cart because it is currently out of stock, you can put that in the "Comments / Special Instructions" field on the Quote Request form.

Typical turn-around time for quotes is within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Alternatively, you can click the Request a Quote button below and complete the form with the details of what you're looking for.

Not sure exactly what you need? Our new Product Recommendations tool asks a few questions about what you are trying to make, then suggests the machines and materials that fit. It is a good place to start before requesting a quote.

3D Universe accepts purchase orders with Net 30 credit terms for orders of $200 or more from qualified organizations. Once we receive your PO, we'll review your organization and confirm whether Net 30 terms are approved. If we aren't able to extend terms, we'll let you know and go over the other ways to pay.

To order by PO, please send your PO in PDF format to orders@3duniverse.org and we'll enter the order for you. Please be sure your PO includes an email address where order notifications should be sent, as well as an email address for sending an electronic copy of the order invoice. Once terms are approved, we'll enter your order and send the invoice.

Sales tax. We collect sales tax in Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington. Orders shipping outside those states are not taxed. If your organization is tax-exempt and it is your first time ordering from us, please include a copy of your tax-exempt letter with your PO.

We offer educational discounts on most products, so feel free to request a quote before submitting your PO. To do that, just add the items you're looking for to your shopping cart, then go to the cart page and click the "Request a Quote for Items in Cart" button and fill out the form.
