Unique suction control technology
The FORMART S vacuum former has a built-in industrial grade AC induction pump with a -90 kPA suction power, that creates highly detailed moulds for your finished products.
Quick-lock & stop at any height
The patented dual-locking frame of the FORMART S provides a secure grip on the plastic sheet by turning the handle and locking it in place. The magnetic clamps on the machine provide tray stability.
IThe frame allows you to stop at any height with a simple twist of the wrist, allowing you to quickly place the next sheet onto the machine without removing your forming object.
Lightning-fast heating
With the industrial-grade carbon fibre quartz heating tube, the FORMART S heats up to three times faster than its competitors! The even heating provides professional forming quality and helps you to minimise waste with less failure.
The FORMART S has a 3-minute rapid heating that allows you to create professional level moulds in no time.
Unique plastic sheet dehumidifying
The FORMART S has a built-in plastic sheet dehumidification function that automatically removes any moisture that is possibly present to prevent air bubbles and defects in the forming process.
Modular Design
FORMART series was designed for simple maintenance. The entire machine adopts a modular design, and it performs a self-test every time during turned on so you can rest easy knowing it is in good working order.
If at any time the machine detects an error, the screen will prompt you with information about the failure.
