Engineered for speed
Most prints finish in under two hours. A custom lens array and 28 LEDs deliver a uniform, highly collimated 6 mW/cm² light field that cures resin quickly and evenly. Release Texture V2 and a flexible film tank reduce peel forces for faster printing without compromising surface finish or fine detail. Liquid resin scores as a non-skin irritant under OECD 439, and post-processed parts meet ISO 10993 requirements for long-term skin contact, making them suitable for wearables.

Learn to print in 10 minutes
- Select a material — load a validated Formlabs resin cartridge and print with settings tuned for that material.
- File setup — import your model into free PreForm software and set up your print with one click, or orient and add supports yourself. Real-time printability checks flag issues before you hit print.
- Print — insert a cartridge, tank, and build platform; automatic resin dispensing handles the rest. Start, queue, or track prints remotely from the Form Mobile App or Dashboard.
- Wash — wash parts on or off the build platform in the Form Studio Wash+Cure. A quick flex of the Build Platform Flex pops parts free with no scraping.
- Cure — remove light-touch supports by hand, then cure parts to their final mechanical properties, ready to use as is or to sand, coat, and paint.

Warranty and Form Studio 1 Pro Service Plans
Every Form Studio 1 includes a one-year warranty covering manufacturer defects, email support, and a full printer return within 30 days. Add a Form Studio 1 Pro Service Plan (1 or 3 years) from the Warranty Option menu above for accidental damage coverage and phone support on top of the warranty (deductibles: $150 for a printer replacement, $50 for an LPU replacement).
