What does "factory reconditioned" mean?
A Factory Reconditioned Form 3L is a Form 3L 3D printer that has been reconditioned by Formlabs at the factory rather than sold new. Formlabs offers it as a complete package — the reconditioned printer plus a Form 3L Resin Tank V3, Form 3L Build Platform 2L, Form 3L Finish Kit Rinse Bucket, and Form 3L Finish Kit Cleaning Tools — priced below the new Form 3L Basic Package. It is the same laser-powered stereolithography (SLA) platform, compatible with the same 23 Formlabs materials, the same Form 3L resin tanks, and the same PreForm and Dashboard software as a new Form 3L, and it works with the same large-format post-processing and automation accessories, including Form Cure L, Form Auto, and the Resin Pump (Form 3).
