Wash and cure in one compact unit
Form Studio Wash+Cure is an all-in-one, compact, and affordable post-processing unit that handles both washing and curing for your resin 3D prints.
Washing mode
All resin 3D printed parts need washing to remove residual resin. Form Studio Wash+Cure agitates IPA or alternative solvents around parts for thorough, efficient cleaning. When washing is done, simply raise the internal basket out of the solvent to let parts air dry and avoid over-soaking, warped prints. Wash with the lid closed to reduce IPA evaporation.
Curing mode
Using 405 nm light, Form Studio Wash+Cure completes the chemical reaction started during printing. Post-curing boosts part strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance, while leaving a harder, less tacky surface. Default settings of 5 minutes wash / 5 minutes cure are tuned for Alpha Resins, and after each print Form Studio 1 displays recommended wash and cure times on its touchscreen.
Form Studio Wash+Cure is compatible with IPA, TPM, and Resin Washing Solution. Add the Form Studio Wash+Cure Rinse Bucket for a dedicated two-stage wash. Note: some high-performance engineering resins that require heated curing (such as Rigid 10K) are better suited to Form Cure.
