ZEPHYR PA11 CF MC
Tectonic ZEPHYR PA11 CF MC is an advanced carbon fiber reinforced PA11 (Nylon 11) filament engineered for applications where minimizing weight is just as important as maintaining strength and stiffness. Utilizing innovative microcellular foaming technology, ZEPHYR PA11 CF MC achieves an ultra-lightweight density of just 0.85 g/cm³ while delivering the rigidity and dimensional stability required for demanding engineering applications.
Manufactured from 97% European-sourced bio-based PA11 derived from castor oil and containing more than 15% recycled content, this sustainable engineering material offers excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, and reliable performance in challenging environments. Its ability to print in ambient conditions makes it easier to process than many traditional high-performance nylons while maintaining exceptional part quality and stability.
