AquaSys® 120 is the only water-soluble support filament that’s compatible with engineering grade build materials. Designed to help users print more parts in less time, it dissolves rapidly in warm tap water—all while giving complex designs the high-quality support they need.

AquaSys® 120 is a completely water-soluble support filament. That means no residue left behind, and no need for the post-processing tasks that waste your valuable time. It works at high chamber temperatures. It works with most common build materials, including ABS. And most importantly, it actually works, which means a lot when compared to 3D printing products that overpromise and underdeliver.

Material Compatibility
AquaSys® 120 has universal adhesion characteristics, and it’s stable at high temperatures—making it the ideal support filament for just about any commonly used FFF or FDM 3D printing material. Pair AquaSys® 120 with any of the following: ABS, PC/ABS, Nylon, TPU, CPE, PC, and PP.
Storage Recommendations
If properly stored, AquaSys 120 does not pick up significant moisture. No unique handling or drying is required if properly stored and kept dry. Drying is required at 70-80°C if material picks up moisture.
- As a water-soluble material, AquaSys tends to absorb moisture.
- Always store your filament in the resealable bag it arrives in, and double-check that you’ve completely sealed the bags after each use.
- The metal bag should contain a desiccant. Don’t throw it out, and consider adding another desiccant if available for additional moisture protection.
- Never expose the desiccant to moisture. Otherwise you’ll need to replace it.
- If AquaSys absorbs moisture while in storage, you’ll notice the color of the printed filament will be cloudy, instead of translucent gold. If that happens, dry at 70°C for 3-4 hours.
- Never store AquaSys on the back or side of the printer.
