The EX6 Industrial Filament Maker Bundle pairs the EX6 Industrial Filament Extruder with the downstream equipment that turns a hot strand into a spool you can load straight into your 3D printer. The Airpath stabilizes the filament as it leaves the nozzle, the Spooler pulls it at a controlled speed and winds it evenly, and the Filameasure gauge with Filalogger software shows you diameter in real time and logs it for every spool. Buying the bundle costs less than purchasing the four products individually.

How the line works
- Feed pellets, powder, additives or dried regrind into the extruder hopper.
- Extrude — the screw melts, mixes and pressurizes the polymer through the nozzle.
- Cool — the Airpath brings the strand to a stable temperature.
- Measure — the Filameasure reads diameter live; adjust Spooler speed to hold tolerance.
- Spool — the Spooler winds even, tangle-free layers.
- Print.
Part of the Filabot Modular Ecosystem
Every Filabot machine is a building block. The equipment is modular, so you can start with the workflow you need today and expand later—adding cooling, measurement, spooling, pelletizing or shredding—without replacing what you already own. All units are bench-top sized and run on standard 110 V single-phase power (no 3-phase required), so a complete line fits comfortably next to your 3D printers.
Grow the system when you're ready:
- Add the Pelletizer to chop filament into pellets for re-extrusion, compounding or injection molding.
- Add the Reclaimer to shred failed prints and scrap—or choose a Full Recycling Bundle from the start.
- Add a second Airpath for high-temperature polymers, or ask us about the Filabot Waterbath and 10 kg Spooler Max for extended production runs.
