The UltiMaker S7 features an updated print head which adds protection against flooding and minimizes the need for maintenance.
It also includes an inductive sensor that helps to create perfect first layers without supervision with more accurate build plate probing which allows for successful prints.
With the UltiMaker S7, achieve enhanced 3D print adhesion without the need for additional adhesives. Plus, expedite the removal of your finished projects using the convenient swappable magnetic plate.
The UltiMaker S7 introduces bed tilt compensation, eliminating the old hassle of thumbscrews and calibration cards. This enhancement ensures both ease of use and prints of remarkable dimensional accuracy. It's a refined step forward in 3D printing.
To reduce printing time on the UltiMaker S7, consider increasing the layer height and print speed, reducing infill density, and optimizing travel movements using software settings. Utilizing a larger nozzle (AA 0.8mm Print Core) for wider extrusion can also expedite printing. Remember, some adjustments may affect print quality, so it's important to find a balance that suits your project requirements.
The UltiMaker S7 uses swappable print cores, which are very easy to change. These print cores are available in different configurations as follows:
The UltiMaker S7’s integrated air manager enhances build quality by maintaining a consistent temperature, reducing warping, and improving layer adhesion. It filters airborne particles and fumes, preventing contaminants from affecting the print. It also creates ideal environmental conditions for printing, expanding material compatibility and ensuring better results with sensitive materials.
The UltiMaker S7 boasts compatibility with over 300 materials, offering a vast range of printing possibilities. This extensive material support includes various plastics, composites, and other specialized materials, catering to diverse project requirements. The printer's robust features ensure precise and reliable prints, making it a versatile choice for professionals seeking to work with a broad spectrum of materials.
