With a 24.2 liter build volume and 692 cm² (107 in²) build area, Form 4BL prints anatomy and devices that simply don't fit on a desktop medical printer — a full scoliotic thorax, a complete skull, spinal sizing trials, or a ventilator assembly. And because LFD technology cures an entire layer at once, you can fill the platform with a batch of surgical guides, dental models, or single-use instruments in a single job to accelerate product development or keep production running.

Form 4BL's Backlight Unit generates a uniform area projection of ultra-high-power light using 145 LEDs and collimating lenses, curing resin quickly and precisely anywhere on the build platform. Combined with the Light Processing Unit 4L, a low-force release texture, a flexible-film resin tank, and automatic resin handling, it delivers blazing fast print speeds with excellent print quality and accuracy.
