Ultimaker Brand Polycarbonate Filament
Ultimaker Polycarbonate (PC) is an exciting new filament that retains its dimensional stability when subjected to temperatures up to 110 Celsius. It possesses flame retardant traits, is formulated for clean finished surfaces, and a transparent option is available. Altogether, these characteristics make Ultimaker Polycarbonate an ideal choice for the production of 3D printed lampshades. It can also be used to create molds, and other short-run manufacturing pieces.
NOTE: for the best possible results, we strongly recommend using the Ultimaker 2+ Advanced 3D Printing Kit or the Ultimaker 3 Advanced 3D Printing Kit with this filament.
NOTE: 3D Universe is authorized to sell this product in the United States of America, only.
Important: this material is optimized for use on UltiMaker 2+, UltiMaker 2 Extended+, UltiMaker 3, UltiMaker 3 Extended, and UltiMaker S-Line printers, and pre-built settings profiles are only available for those machines - and only in Cura v2.6.1 or later, not the older 15.x versions. Therefore, use on older model UltiMakers is not recommended or supported.
