UltiMaker TRACE — Technical Reporting And Certification Engine

TRACE goes beyond basic print monitoring to deliver the traceability that rigorous industrial compliance demands. Throughout every print job it continuously logs and analyzes four key parameters — extrusion factor, nozzle temperature, chamber temperature, and build plate temperature — so minor thermal or volumetric deviations that could affect part quality, layer adhesion, or mechanical performance are detected in real time.
