Phrozen Pro Series TR300 1KG
Phrozen Pro TR300 Resin comes with extremely high thermal resistance, high mechanical strength, and with a certain toughness, making it ideal for high-temperature applications such as dental thermoforming, industrial mock-ups, and creating 3D printed jewelry.
Benefits
- Ultra-High Temp Resistance With its heat deflection temperature of 190 °C, Phrozen Pro TR300 resin is suitable for high-temperature resistance applications.
- Low Viscosity & Low Odor Phrozen Pro TR300 resin has low viscosity to use and clean easily. Odorless to affect the environment during printing.
- High Toughness & Low Shrinkage The products printed with Phrozen Pro TR300 resin have good mechanical properties such as high tensile strength, high toughness, and a low shrinkage rate. It is recommended for printing dental models (e.g. vacuum forming) and industrial prototyping.
Operating Instructions
- We suggest using resin and printer indoors under well-ventilated conditions.
- Avoid exposure to sunlight and indoor luminescence.
- Please preserve your resin in a closed opaque bottle to avoid exposure to air.
- Do not mix used and non-used resin together.
- Please keep the resin out of reach from children.
- Do not dump resin. Please cure resin and treat/recycle it as general plastics garbage
Safety
- Do not eat or swallow the resin.
- Wear goggles to avoid eye contact with resin, if you have eye contact with resin, wash your eyes with water thoroughly.
- Resin might cause slight irritation to skin. Wear gloves when handling. Stop using if an allergic reaction occurs.
- Resin has a slight odor. We strongly suggest you use it under ventilated conditions.
- Suggested safety equipment: gloves, mask, goggles, and lab coat.
- Keep resin in room temperature (15 – 35 OC) and dry condition.
