I would like to update you with our response to the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation.

 

First and foremost, we are committed to the health and safety of our employees, partners, and customers while taking steps to ensure business continuity.

 

We have activated a contingency plan to secure remote operations across the organization and we will continue to keep a high level of service across all business areas. Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, and Sales are continuing without disruption.

 

• Sales and Support teams are fully operational and continue to support your business. Products remain in stock, and orders are shipping normally. At this time, we don’t anticipate a shortage of goods except for a potential longer than usual lead time for some items. If something on your order is out of stock or will be delayed, we'll email you to let you know.
• Our phone and email support channels are fully functional and are being redirected to the relevant departments or employees even when working remotely. You can continue to contact us as before, via email at support@3duniverse.org or by phone at (800)-689-4344.  
• We will continue to monitor the situation and provide regular updates. Please contact your account manager if you have any questions or if there is any way we can further support you through this time.

Please note: If a "shelter-in-place" order is being imposed in your area, or if you think it will be in the near future, please consider having your deliveries sent to residences as opposed to businesses.
