The Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS Series is a powerful professional-grade machine that builds upon the various performance improvements introduced on Raise3D’s flagship Pro3 Series. It improves on printing speed, production efficiency and reliability.

With the goal of bestowing general manufacturers and print farmers with the ability to produce small batches efficiently and reliably, whether they’re end-use parts or tooling fixtures.


Raise3D has acknowledged the growing demand for higher printing speeds for FFF printers and the use of composite materials. The new Pro3 HS series makes printing large composite parts at high speeds simple by bringing the following improvements:

  • Built-in HyperFFF® Technology featuring a Hyper Speed Hot End Assembly with an improved high flowrate to achieve an average printing speeds of 200-300mm/s with high performance materials.
  • Continuous printing for HyperCore and Industrial high-performing composite materials, with a new SiC hotend tailored for composite filaments. The new hotend is also compatible with the Pro3 Series.
  • New optimized drive system with closed-loop stepper motors which enhance extruder movement precision, ensuring stability and eliminating step losses.
  • An increased max extrusion temperature of 320º, allowing users to print more filaments.
  • Extended printing uptime thanks to automatic filament switching.
  • A new RFID sensor to identify filament type and verify the print parameters for increased efficiency and print success.

High Speed Printing with High-Performance Composite Materials

The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series supports 200-300 mm/s high-speed printing of Hyper Core high-performance composite materials, 100-150 mm/s speed of Industrial composite materials, meeting users’ high standards and requirements for end-use applications, enhancing both production efficiency and product quality. As a result of this high-performance composite material support, the resulting printed parts perform effectively even in the most demanding end-use applications.

Enhanced Accuracy for Industrial Applications

The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series integrates Hyper FFF® technology, ensuring accurate and dependable high-speed printing. This is complemented by Hyper Speed technology, which includes a high-flowrate hot end and an active vibration reduction algorithm. With the ability to print at standard speeds of 300 mm/s, the Pro3 HS Series features a closed-loop stepper motor in its motion control system, improving the control of extruder movement for more accurate high-speed printing without step loss. The newly designed build plate provides consistent magnetic adhesion, minimizing model distortion. The refined shaft ensures superior tightness and motion stability, and the sturdy all-metal frame guarantees smooth movement and exact positioning, leading to high-quality prints.

Longer-Lasting Reliability and Durability

Engineered for extensive industrial printing tasks, the reliability of the Raise3D Pro3 HS Series has been further improved. Its fortified hot end and all-metal nozzle, in conjunction with a robust all-metal frame and dual-gear extruder, facilitate prolonged production hours. The optimized double-diaphragm couplings offer enhanced durability and extended lifespan.

Maximize Production Efficiency with Minimal Manual Intervention

The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series is equipped with an automatic filament switching feature, ensuring continuous production. It has the ability to print using two larger 2.5 kg filament spools, allowing for continuous printing with up to 5 kg of material. The recently incorporated RFID filament sensor recognizes the filament and confirms the required parameters to avoid improper material usage. This leads to increased production efficiency and a reduced requirement for manual intervention.
