The Kimya range of materials is being expanded with the introduction of a PPSU-S, or Polyphenylsulfone, a high-performance polymer that notably offers good shock absorption, high resistance to sterilization and low humidity absorption. It is mainly found in the automotive and aerospace industries and in plumbing applications thanks to its excellent resistance to high temperatures. The following feature among the properties of our Kimya PPSU-S, which is suitable for industrial applications:

• Good mechanical resistance: stiffness &shocks
• Ease of printing
• Suitable for food contact EU 10/2011
• Autoclavable and sterilizable
• Resistant to X-rays and gamma rays
• Resistant at continuous temperatures of up to 180°C

Recommended Print Settings:

• Extrusion temperature: 360-400° C
• Plate temperature: 140-170°C
• Print speed: 15-30 mm/s
• Chamber temperature: 100-120°C
