Debinding and Sintering Made Easy
By purchasing a BASF Ultrafuse Processing Ticket, you can leverage the service and the long-time experience of DSH Technologies LLC and Elnik Systems GmbH. We are able to utilize and offer their skills and expertise to our customers in North America and Europe. Both entities are affiliates of Elnik Systems LLC in the US, the leading manufacturer of debinding and sintering equipment for industrial production.
Step 1: 3D Printing of Green Parts
- Print green parts using guidelines from BASF
Step 2: Weigh Parts and Record on Worksheet
- Weigh parts prior to packaging and record on The Customer Contact and Part Worksheet
- The total weight of green parts must be 1kg or less for each processing ticket being used
Step 3: Ensure There Are No Foreign Materials
It is critically important that NO FOREIGN MATERIALS (glue, grease, other residues, etc.) be present on or within Ultrafuse parts. The processing of materials other than Ultrafuse 316L cannot be guaranteed and can damage the debinding and sintering system. All foreign materials shall be listed on the Customer Contact and Part Worksheet.
We recommend using a dedicated nozzle for Ultrafuse materials to ensure that foreign materials such as PLA, ABS, etc. do not contaminate parts prior to debinding and sintering.
Step 4: Package Your Parts Carefully
- Wrap and pack parts individually to avoid breaking
- Please ensure that all parts are packaged in such a way as to prevent their damage during
shipment - Rules to adhere too:
- Do not let the parts rattle in their shipping container
- Do not let the parts rub against one another or their packaging
Step 5: Complete the Customer Contact and Part Worksheet
- Download and complete the Customer Contact and Part Worksheet
- Include a hard copy of the completed worksheet in your package
Step 6: Ship Your Parts to DSH
Include your Processing Ticket number (which you will receive by email) as an “Attention”

Return Shipping Instructions
- You must provide DSH Technologies with your shipping account to use for the return of your parts.
- You should include this account number on your Customer Contact and Part Worksheet.
- You must designate the shipping method required, whether Standard or Expedited.
- Standard shipping will return your parts in anywhere between 2-5 business days, depending on your proximity to DSH.
- Expedited shipping will return your parts in 1 business day and must be specifically requested.
Additional Information
- Processing windows: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every Month
- All parts must arrive by Friday, the week before to ensure processing
- Shipping scheduled for pick up by Friday of those weeks
- All parts need to have a printout of the Customer Contact and Part Worksheet included to ensure processing
- DSH will supply Post Processing report showing photos of each step and review of process information
