Taulman Alloy 910 is an unprecedented material in Taulman's line-up of 3D printing filaments. With a tensile strength greater than 8,100 PSI, its ability to widthstand stress is far outperforms most other copolyesters. Additionally, its shrinkage factor is comparable to T-Glase and its durability is comparable to Nylon (Bridge). And, like many other Taulman filaments, it's Alloy 910 is highly-resistant to a wide range of chemicals.
Along with its remarkable properties, Taulman Alloy 910 is relatively easy to work with: Temperature range is 250C to 255C. Set the Heated Bed Temperature to 45C, and coat the print bed with a PVA-based glue (Elmer's, etc).
There's a nice range of applications for the Alloy 910:
And, best of all, in spite of possessing its extraordinary properties, Alloy 910 remains one of our most cost-effective filaments.
Nothing will impact your 3D printing results like the kind of filament you use. Good filament is highly consistent in diameter, is wound evenly onto the spool with just the right amount of tension, and will not tangle when being unwound. 3D Universe provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all filament we sell. If you have any problems, just send back the unused portion of the spool for a full refund. Check out our filament collection...
