FormFutura LUVOCOM 3F PP CF 9928 BK Carbon Fiber PP (Polypropylene)

FormFutura Luvocom 3F PP CF 9928 BK is a carbon fiber reinforced PP (polypropylene) based 3D printer filament that is extremely stiff and engineered for industrial applications. Luvocom 3F PP CF 9928 BK is a low density 3D printing filament that displays good mechanical properties combined with outstanding chemical resistance and continuous electrostatic discharge (ESD) properties.

Luvocom 3F PP CF 9928 BK features excellent printability with enhanced layer bonding, making it a perfect 3D printing filament for serial production of strong, stiff and ESD-safe end-use parts with an extremely high dimensional accuracy.

 Key features

  • Lehvoss Luvocom Luvocom 3F PP CF 9928 BK
  • ESD surface resistance of 107Ω
  • For 3D printing strong, stiff and lightweight parts
  • Good chemical resistance
  • 3D prints with high dimensional accuracy and increased layer adhesion

 Applications

  • Medical
  • Functional prototypes
  • Drones
  • End-use parts

Abrasiveness

Please be aware that this 3D printing filament contains a relatively high concentration of extremely hard carbon fibers, which have an abrasive nature. In general these carbon fibers will accelerate the nozzle-wear of brass nozzles, much faster than unfilled filaments. We recommend to use nozzles from stainless steel or other hardened alloys.

Get the Quality Filament You Need

Nothing will impact your 3D printing results like the kind of filament you use. Good filament is highly consistent in diameter, is wound evenly onto the spool with just the right amount of tension, and will not tangle when being unwound. 3D Universe offers a wide range of high-quality filaments to choose from. We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all filament we sell. If you have any problems, just send back the unused portion of the spool for a full refund. Check out our filament collection...
