Just as the name implies, our 3D Potterbot 9 PRO is the preferred 3D printer used by professionals, especially those who like to print multiple vessels simultaneously. Experience this upgraded version of the Potterbot 9 Ceramic 3D Printer, while still enjoying the ease of use you have come to expect from our 3D printers. Although the size is the same, the similarities end there. The PRO 9 utilizes a larger hybrid closed loop stepper motor on the clay extruder and on the Z-axis, which makes for better strength and accuracy.

Introducing the next installment of our Potterbot 3D 9 series, ideal for professionals, the 9 PRO Ceramic 3D Printer is similar to our previous generations, with the exception of hybrid closed-loop stepper motors used on all axes, including the Z.
By utilizing the hybrid stepper motor on the clay extruder, users of our Potterbot PRO 9 means you get faster extrusion speeds and higher volume. This allows you to use larger nozzles and your print time will be reduced. Our hybrid stepper motor on the extruder produces a thicker paste material due to the extruder's capability of higher forces. These motors have their own internal torque settings, so if a blockage occurs, they will shut themselves off automatically.
The unique features of our Potterbot 3D PRO 9 printers is the ability for direct extrusion of real clay. Other brands use a compressed air system printing slip (watered down clay or alcohol diluted clay). The advantage of direct extrusion is printing full body clay, or other paste-like materials. Our 3D Potter ceramic printers use high quality anodized aluminum rails, which are robust and have a smooth surface for easy movement of the parts, allowing our printers to withstand classroom and industrial environments. All materials used to build our printers are food grade, so get creative.
We are always striving to improve our designs, and our 9th generation is no exception. The 9th generation PRO series has a new uniform nozzle designed for improved performance, which allows users to interchange nozzles between all of our printers, from the Micro to the Scara V3. Loaded with features and options, our 3D Potterbot PRO 9 stand-alone printer provides users with effortless operation capabilities. The 9th generation brings a new feature with a full web interfaced controller over WiFi. Users can now control and upload files to the printer from multiple devices simultaneously. The interface allows users full control over every setting of the machine.

Nothing will impact your 3D printing results like the kind of filament you use. Good filament is highly consistent in diameter, is wound evenly onto the spool with just the right amount of tension, and will not tangle when being unwound. 3D Universe offers a wide range of high-quality filaments to choose from. We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all filament we sell. If you have any problems, just send back the unused portion of the spool for a full refund. Check out our filament collection...
