The TAZ Workhorse Edition is equipped with an E3D hot end capable of extruding at temperatures up to 290C. The included HS 0.5mm Tool Head has a hardened steel nozzle, so you can even print with abrasive materials.

The LulzBot TAZ Workhorse features a self-cleaning nozzle and self-leveling bed that ensures each print starts with a perfect first layer.
Calibration: Backlash Compensation
An innovative calibration cube allows the TAZ Workhorse Edition to measure lash, minor errors in motion systems caused by minuscule gaps between parts. Backlash compensation is then applied to provide the user more accurate printed parts.
