The new Replicator+ is the latest MakerBot to be tested here, at 3D Universe. We can attest that it represents a significant advancement over previous models. As such, we're happy to announce that we are now offering the new MakerBot Replicator+ and MakerBot Replicator Mini+ in our curated line up of 3D printers.
As always, MakerBot takes particular pride in their ability to present the 3D printing experience in an easy-to-use package: The entire experience from slicing to starting print jobs is seamless. In addition to improvements in print quality and reliability, the Replicator+ has a 25% larger build volume. And, with a new filament sensor, it even automatically pauses a print when it has run out of filament.
The new MakerBot Replicator+ and MakerBot Replicator Mini+ ship with the greatly improved Smart Extruder+, the result of over 160,000 hours of rigorous testing to ensure peak reliabilty. Smart Extruder+'s can easily be swapped within a matter of seconds, limiting downtime.
As a further added level of protection, all MakerBot Replicator+'s come with a 6-month MakerCare warranty. And, additional 1, 2 and 3-year warranties can be purchased, as well.
Adhesives and build plate tape are no longer required with the MakerBot's Grip Surface. And, with the newly-designed flexible build plate, prints can be easily and safely removed.
Monitor your 3D prints in 640 by 480 resolution with an onboard camera, accessible via wifi. Send print files to the Replicator+ via Wi-Fi, USB, Ethernet, or with a USB drive. And, with the latest version of the free-to-use MakerBot Print software, you can manage multiple printers simulaneously.
MakerPrint, MakerBot's 3D printing and slicing software, is designed to maximize workflow efficiency. MakerPrint allows you to manage multiple MakerBot printers from a single interface. Increase throughput by easily segmenting jobs into multiple prints/build plates.
And, while the MacOS version of MakerPrint can load STL's, Windows users can import native files directly from a large variety of CAD formats. Supported file types for Windows includes: SolidWorks (.sldprt, .sldasm), InventorOBJ (.ipt, .iam), IGES (.iges, .igs), STEP AP203/214 (.step, .stp), CATIA (.CATPart, .CATProduct), Wavefront Object(.obj), Unigraphics/NX (.prt), Solid Edge (.par, .asm), ProE/Creo (.prt, .prt., .asm, .asm.), VRML.
The MakerBot Replicator+ and MakerBot Replicator Mini+ are tuned to produce their highest quality prints when printing with MakerBot PLA. Additionally, when outfited with a Tough PLA Smart Extruder, they are capable of printing with MakerBot's new Tough PLA material.

Nothing will impact your 3D printing results like the kind of filament you use. Good filament is highly consistent in diameter, is wound evenly onto the spool with just the right amount of tension, and will not tangle when being unwound. 3D Universe provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all filament we sell. If you have any problems, just send back the unused portion of the spool for a full refund. Check out our filament collection...
